I have problem with RAM, not the big one but still... a problem.

CPU: Core2Quad Q9300
MoBo: DFI DK Lanparty P45-T2RS
RAM: Kingston HyperX KHX8500AD2/2G two modules @ 1066 MHz (dual channel)
PSU: Earthwatts 550W

I flashed my BIOS (correctly) so mobo can support DDR2-1066, removed old Kingmax DDR2-800, cleaned RAM slot, inserted new RAM modules Kingston HyperX @ 1066 MHz.
Everything in BIOS is left by default and as expected CPU-Z shows that memory works on 800 MHz (6-6-6-18). Then I went to BIOS and changed DRAM voltage to 2.026V because on modules it says that needs 2.0V to work and I changed DRAM to go for DDR2-1066 (option 333/1066) since my Q9300 works at 1333 MHz FSB.

When PC booted CPU-Z showed me that DRAM is on 532.5 which is good but on timings (6-6-6-18). Well I don't care but when I go on SPD tab to see JEDEC table there is NO 1066 listed, and it tells me that both modules work on PC2-6400 (400 MHz) and not on PC2-8500 (533 MHz).

Also my DRAM:FSB ratio changed to 16:10 or 8:5 as CPU-Z shows in memory tab.

Problem is that when I restart computer it shutdown normally and when it's supposed to boot up again it doesn't. Computer is working, fans are spinning, but monitor is on standby and it doesn't boot up. Also same problems occurs when computer after long period of inactivity goes to standby mode and when I push the power button to wake him up it acts same as when I restart computer. It's working but monitor is on standby and it doesn't boot up so I'm condemned to turn him off and again turn on. During last night I wanted to watch movie online and it just froze, and one more time after that. I am wondering does northbridge has proper voltage although it's default setting. All I changed in BIOS is DRAM voltage and DRAM support for 1066.

I will do memtest tonight to check is there any error.

And my questions:
1. Is it normal for computer to work on 16:10 DRAM/FSB ratio?
2. Do I need to increase NB voltage and to what value?
3. What latencies should be for this RAM modules (KHX8500AD2/2G)?

I do know all the answers (except NB voltage) but I want to consult with you guys to be 100% sure. :)

All I want is that this system works as it did before installment of new RAMs.

Thank you all for bothering with this thread! :D

the cpu bus speed is 1333 and memories 1066 so your FSB:DRAM cant never be equal
and your RAMS RAM features Heatsink, unbuffered
Technology DDR2 SDRAM
Memory speed [MHz] 1066 MHz
Memory specification compliance PC2-8500
Latency timings CL7 ( 7-7-7-20 )
CAS Latency CL7
Data integrity check Non ECC
Lead plating Gold
Module configuration 256 x 64
Module Height [inches] 1.18 inches
Chips organization 128 x 8
Supply voltage 2 V
Buffered No

SO do this
1-set voltage to 2.0v
2-set speed to 1066mhz
3-and timings 7-7-7-20 (never 6-6-6.18)
4- and run AIDA-64 (performance,on memory latences pres f5)
