$60-70 Cooler to keep i5 4670k (OC) Cool

I am building a new system with an i5 4670K, but i want some good cooling. i've had alot of suggestions and was curious what you just should suggest. but not sure which one to take.

a little quite/performance is also nice!

Going to overclock 4+ - 4.5 (depends on the lottery)
