Just recently installed a new dual TV/monitor set up for Nvidia GTS 250 windows 7 computer. The mouse cursor can go off screen to the right and to the bottom, whereas it terminates OK at the top and left. I want this to happen when the TV is on, but when the TV is off this should not happen. I'm 99% sure it's a driver problem because when I run only 1 monitor the cursor is fine. I've tried altering tons of settings in the driver options, but to no avail. Multiple searches on the web show other people have this problem, but I haven't found a good resolution for windows 7. My computer specs:

GTS250
latest NVIDIA driver
HP windows 7 computer

This problem was solved for linux before:

There is no parameter on any of the Windows operating system's display settings, that allow you to be able to automatically detect when a display is On or Off, so that your screen is reformatted to stay in the configurations set by the active display you are using. You will need to manually change the setting back to the parameters that fit the screen you are using. Don't worry about driver support. Windows has not released any support for an auto-display configuration. It does not exist, yet!

That sucks :-(. My old AMD graphics card (HD4670) would adjust the display settings depending on whether or not the TV was on. Thanks for the response Ben.
