New Zealand $600 PC

Hi There, I Live in new Zealand And i have a tight budget for a New PC($600).
I would like it to be as powerful as possible.
There is no Need for a Monitor or other things like Mouse, keyboard etc.
Ill be wanting to play some games like BattleField 3/4 on medium? if thats a stretch maybe Low.
I would not Mind if the Price went A Little Over.
Also 4gb of ram or higher please!
