whats graphics card is more then enough for all types of gaming

Looking to build a pc and I just wanna know what graphics card would be more then enough for all games and I all be using a Asus screen

It will depend on your monitor's resolution, your CPU, and your PSU make/model.
The higher the resolution, the more work the card has to do to render each frame.
The weaker the CPU, the more it will tend to bottle neck faster gfx cards.
A small PSU won't be able to handle powerful cards.

look at the 7950 because those are going derp cheap, also a plain 7970 is very good. BTW whats your budget?
