my tosiba harddisk is not accessible but it is showing in drive later and device manager can anyone help ???

I assume you mean drive letter. This may be a permission/owner issue.

If using windows 7, right click the drive, go to properties, security, advanced.

Now make changes to the permissions, auditing and owner tabs, making sure your user name is changed to 'full control'. Make sure to tick the check box to include subfolders and files.
