Cooler Master Hyper evo 212 and G.skill Sniper

Does anyone know if the Cooler Master Hyper evo 212 and 2 4GB sticks of G.skill sniper Ram will fit in a Asus M5A87 motherboard? Will it interfere with the CPU? Gonna buy soon.
