BenQ GL2450HM Audio Not working via VGA Cable (D-sub)

I recently bought a BenQ GL2450HM. It came with a D-sub cable (VGA cable). The monitor has speakers, but I don't know how to make them work. Can somebody help me please..

there should have been a audio cable coming with the monitor theat plugs into the green connector on the left side from where the VGA cable plugs in and it should plug into the green audio connection on the computer.

Its not included in the accessories I got... I have to buy it separately...
