Windows xp has been restarting constantly after logging in. I tried to use F8 key to get into safe mode but I get the following error message: "Keyboard error or no keyboard present". I ran a diagnostic on the hardware (took over 8 hours) and everything, including the keyboard is functioning optimally.
This is an old Dell Dimension 2350 but its been a work horse and as I said, the hardware is fine.
I can't download on the Dell because I can't get into Windows.
I forgot to add that Windows XP is an OEM so I don't have a disk with the software.
Anyone have any suggestions? I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to Computers. I can do some basics, but that's about it.
