3G android wm8850-mid problem

Please can anybody render some help for my android wm8850-mid build number 1.3.0 version 4.0. Just that it 4weeks old tablet but each time plug my 3g dongle(hsdpa) it refuses to browse and signal or pop-up of 3G/ 2G symbol. But the red and green light of modem goes blinking every secs/mins. I have surf for the settings as directed from the manual but no solution. Plz gurus help solve this problem. I surely say big thanks.

Does your 3g dongle work under Android? The vendor page should have details about it, and would also have a support contact you can try to get a fix from.
