New graphics card slows computer completly

I recently installed gtx 650ti boost to my computer but it is running at 100% cpu all the time and everything is slow i have a 3.4 dual core processor and intel i3 what wrong?

Did you install the drivers properly? Look at the Display Adapter in your Device Manager. If it says Standard VGA or something like that, then the drivers did not get installed. Also, you could also do a Ctrl-Alt-Del and see what process is hogging the CPU.

Thank you i actualy just manually restarted the computer and then installed the drivers and it worked but thanka for your help
