Should i buy a i7 3770K or a i5 3570K for recording gameplay and light editing ?

Looking to record gameplay while using Voice chats and light editing .

The i7 would be substancially better in editing, but not much diference in gaming.

What games are you recording, are you editing game footage aswell? (rendring and such).
