Yea really, unless her car had a cd burner in it....

I am aware of no part on any vehicle referred to as a "burner door". I suggest you use a Ford vehicle forum for further assistance.
It's a gasket term...however I am not that mechanical when it comes to diagnosing cars otherwise I would be glad to help.
Seriously? Which gasket? One is never too old to learn and this is a new one for me. Thanks.
I am fairly mechanical and can fix most anything (grew up on a farm where we learned a lot of skills to keep things working). Still, never heard this term ever and even a quick google reveals nothing related.
I don't know which gasket or where it goes, but I have heard the term from my boss before actually. Here's a picture of one on a suburban, http://www.amazon.com/Suburban-071076-Electrode-Burner-Gasket/dp/B003G9FP4I however I thought that the Chevy Suburban were the only vehicles to use this part/term.
