Is this computer going to run warz, minecraft, dayz at ultra settings.??

Hey guys so i have 2 computer specs to show you today. I want to know will the cheapest one run as well as the more expensive one and which is technically more cost efficient for me to use. I want to run games smoothly and play at 50fps +.

will both these cpus work well for gaming. i really want a cpu under 500 that will run warz and modern games at ultra settings on a 1080p res at have near 50fps steady. if you have ideas please share them with me.

You cant max out all modern games with the second rig and get 50 fps.
