2560x1440 @120fps vs 5760x1080 @ 60 fps

Basically I'm looking for opinions: would you rather have a 1440p screen at 120fps or three 1080p screens at about 60fps. Once I upgrade my rig it will be able to handle it, I'm just not sure what I'd rather have. I'm going to at the very least get two overclocked 4g 770's.

My rig:
I7 4770k @4.6ghz
256gb Samsung 840 Pro
16gb DDR3 1866mhz
EVGA GTX770

I would go for 1 at 1440p at 120fps.
