my admin account deleted

my friend somehow created an adminstrative account on my pc with existing admin as my account
accidentally i deleted my account from computer management
is there any way to recover my account back

Only way I know that might restore it is System Restore itself.

Otherwise, create a new account for yourself and restore your data from your backups.
No backups? System Restore doesn't restore it? Well then I think your up the creek mate.

You could use grave robber to basically rip the files out if you didn't use a program like file shredder to delete them so that the windows NT family can read them correctly. Then you could just reactivate the admin account with the safe mode command prompt.
