Will this aftermarket heatsink short my board?

I've landed here quite a bit while Googling my way through my first computer build. I hope I'm not the only one who's a bit nervous about flipping the switch for the first time. Before I do so, I'm attempting to play it safe and ask a question of all you experts.

I have an ASUS M5A99FX, AM3+, board with a AMD FX-6350 CPU. I got a Antec Kuhler H20 650 liquid CPU cooler as a gift and installed it, no problem. However, when I removed the original CPU heatsink brackets I noticed that the 4 holes had those grounding points beneath them. They look the same as the 9 grounding points where the mobo screws to the standoffs (circles with metal contacts along the inside). The cooler's screws don't sandwich these points, or even make contact. Will this short out my board or cause problems? I'd really appreciate input, as the internet is not a lot of help currently. Many thanks, friends.
