Hello fellow PC lovers,
I am planning on making my first desktop build in the next few months. I want a gaming capable computer that will run Battlefield 4 and crysis 3 at good settings and at a decent price. I am also not an expert of compatibility. Please point out any compatibility issues you spot. With no further a due, here is my build:

Processor:
Intel 4th gen i5-4440
http://ark.intel.com/products/75038/Intel-Core-i5-4440-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_30-GHz

Motherboard: (I would prefer a lower priced motherboard. I'm not too sure about this one)
Asus z87-A
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87A/

Case: (once again, not too sure about this one, should meet my needs though)
GIGABYTE GZ-P5 Plus (really cheap)

Memory:
CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145278

Graphics card:
ASUS Radeon HD 7770
http://shop.amd.com/us/All/Detail/GraphicCard/HD7770-2GD5?SearchFacets=category%3AGraphic%20Card&ResultsPerPage=90

Hard drive:
Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148767

Optical drive: (I know you don't care about this :p)
SAMSUNG Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA DVD-ROM
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151267

Power supply:
APEX AL-A400ATX 400W ATX12V
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817154013

Liquid CPU cooler
CORSAIR Hydro series H50 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010

P.S. I don't plan on buying everything off newegg.com . It is just easier to make searches there.
P.S.S. I spent a lot of time on this build. I thank you for taking the time to read this and feel free to criticize my build. That is why i posted :p
THANKS A MILLION!
Have a good one

Ok, Im going to go through all your parts how you listed them

First off the processor... Its the 4th gen i5 I dont see you having any problems with that, there is no way it would bottleneck your card, great choice.

Second the motherboard, The motherboard was the thing I cheaped off on in my build and I strongly recommend that you dont, stick with the one you have now and you will be fine, the one you chose supports crossfire... So I wouldnt change that motherboard if I were you.

As for the case... Did you read those reviews? Reviews are the first thing you should look at to see if the product is what it claims to be.. and that case.. Is a big no no, It may seem like cases arnt that important but you dont want a super flimsy case that could be damaged during shipping like the one you chose, If I were you I would go with this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353021 it may not look like a boss... But I have this case, and it is sturdy enough and has a decent interior setup.

Your memory isnt going to cut it for Battlefield 4 your going to need 8 gigs, 4 gb's may work for crysis 3 on lowerish settings but if your wanting to
max it all out or at least go on high, then youll need 8.. I went with these http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428
They will insure you can play battlefield 4 on max settings, depending on your card of course, im just saying this enough ram to render the maps on max settings..

As for the graphics card, you may want to go with the gtx 660 or the gtx 760, they are a bit more expensive but the card you chose may not be the greatest for newer games like bf4. If you want to stick with an amd card I would go with a 7950.

Your hard drive is a hard drive... It should work...

Your optical drive will read cd's... Hopefully

Your power supply is way to underpowered, try to shoot for a 550 or 600 watt maybe even a 650, this one should do (and yes I know your on a budget :p) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152046

And... you dont.. need... liquid.... cooling.. Unless your planning on overclocking it like crazy.. just go with this thing :) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

Hope this helped!! :D

Thanks for the complete answer! I really appreciate it.
I definitely reconsidered my case choice. I think I will go to my local tech shop to buy a case. That way, I see what I get and I don't pay for shipping. :) Thanks for the case suggestion.

I shopped around for the memory and noticed these. They are 8 gigs and low priced. Do you think there is a problem or just a good deal? http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0042A7CAA/?tag=pcp0f-20

For the graphics card, I am not sure about what you said. Many reviews mentioned they are running all games on high settings. I think I will stick with that graphics card.

Thanks for the tip with the power supply. I will consider looking for something cheaper but just as good. Do you think this would to? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171038&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8junctionCA

Thanks for the tip about liquid cooling! I didn't know that.

Amazing response thanks a million!

No problem, and that ram you found should be fine, It just doesnt have the heat reduction design like the other one, but performance wise there should be no issue :)

Oh and for the power supply you found, it should work fine, you just wont have much upgrade room with the 550 watts, but Typically when somebody does their first pc build they dont really plan on upgrading it, they just plan on eventually making a new build, but if you are planning on upgrading, You may try to get a psu with a wattage of 750 (not required)

So basically the power supply should be fine, just dont think you can put in a big graphics card like a titan without upgrading :)

And I just want to say that in my experience buying pc parts, I have had the most trouble with power supplies, because the fans can often have odd structural mess ups that cause them to be loud and you have to send it back in, or they may just be messed up a little and randomly go into power saving mode sometimes (Not positive about that, but I think that happened to me once) So if its messed up dont think you choose a bad power supply, just call customer service and have it replaced :)
