Help with a Budget Build ($350 Canadian)

Hi everyone. I'm planning on doing my first build for my little brother. There will be light gaming but nothing intense.
Right now, I figure that the AMD A8 5600K should suffice for what I am looking for as we wish for it to last a while.

I am looking for something preferably around 350 or less before shipping / taxes (As cheap as possible but I am flexible, as long as it is under 385 or so)

Preferred retailers are Canada Computers, Newegg.ca, NCIX, Amazon.ca (No 3rd party dealers) and Tigerdirect. I have Amazon Prime and have Canada Computers retail stores within my proximity so those would be probably the best :)
