Ok so I just bought the new GTX 650 Ti yesterday. I installed it and when i was going to play Black Ops 2 I got in the game and then I had 8 FPS then my pc just Shut off, I think it is my Power Supply but I am not sure. Here are my Specs.
Specs:
-Intel Core i5 760 2.80 GHz
-4.00 GB of RAM
-P7H55-M Motherboard
and my GTX 650 TI
-I have a 500 Watt Power Supply | Brand Name is Super

Pls help me

Well since I've never heard of a power supply brand named "Super", I'll say that it's your power supply. It's probably some cheap Chinese brand that says 500W but puts out more like 300-350. Get a new PSU.

Now if it's a "Super Flower" brand power supply, then it's probably the CPU overheating. Intel is famous for having a crappy CPU cooler that has a tendency for one or two legs to let go, causing the cooler to lose contact with the CPU itself.

Well all it say s Super. Then i has a star logo on the right side of it

Being Chinese doesn't mean it's bad. I said a cheap Chinese power supply is bad. Most power supplies are made in China so you should be able to get pretty much anything there. After some rather creative navigation of newegg's Chinese site, I found you an Antec 550W power supply for ¥469.00

That's about as good as I can do. Antec makes great power supplies so this one should work perfectly for you. Cheers!

Thank You Avro! Should i get like 1000 wat tho?
Inside my comp it said 420 Watt. Then for the gtx 650 it said 400 watt on there website

No, the GTX 650 doesn't use 420 watts. When it is said that the minumum power supply is 400 watts, it means for the whole computer, not just the card. If it says 400 watts, then even the 500W for ¥399.00 will be sufficient:

I run a 1000W OCZ Power Supply because I ran 2 ATi Radeon HD 4870s in Crossfire and now I run 2 ATi Radeon HD 7870 XTs in Crossfire. You're only running one card. If you want to use a second card in SLI then yes, get the 1000W. Otherwise, the 500W will be more than enough, I promise. :D

do you have email? i want to take pics because on my
pc it says this Power Com on the top and it said 420 Watt Max

That picture is of your power supply. The power supply has a max rating of 420Watts, not the computer itself. That part you showed me is the part that will be removed and replaced with the Antec. You have nothing to worry about. It's bedtime for me so I will say goodnight. Get either the Antec 500W or 550W and everything will be fine. :D
