is there any other alternate driver for intex sound card ESS1938 for win 7..???

Only those from Intex are compatible. http://www.intextechnologies.com/webpages/download-driver.aspx

If they don't have Win7 driver for your card there's an easy fix. Just install a different sound card, preferably one with a well-known brand name eg Creative SoundBlaster or Asus.
