What should I upgrade next? BUDGET £280

My specs at the moment are:
Asus P8H77-M PRO
i3-2120
HD7870 Tahiti-LE
4gb RAM
500gb Seagate HDD
Corsair CX600M

I have £280 and i would like to upgrade my system but i'm not sure what is most important right now.

i5 CPU , SSD , 4GB more ram. Bigger HDD

which i5? Bearing in mind im not going to overclock my cpu?

If you do not OC then best buy is xeon 1230V2
3570 is other good option.
