Guys would a Thermaltake Smart SE 630W Power Supply - SPS-630M be good enough for my System.

Like the titles describes so any suggestions would this do fine?Will this PSU be good enough for my Core i5 3450,4gb Ram,1 tb Hard Disk and Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost.

630w is overkill, especially if you are not going to overclock.

Yeah, because it is rated bronze 87% which means it's guaranteed to provide at least 87% of 630w - 550w. even under full load it is going to supply 520w. Personally, i would choose the OCZ ZS Series 650W instead.
