is windows 8.1 good enough to install

i am thinking to install windows 8.1.
can any tell me is windows 8.1 good enough to install?
present i am using windows 8 pro .

I've been using Win 8.1 Preview for months. Two issues that exist is it comes with IE11 which still has problems with many websites, so I use Google Chrome browser. Secondly, my desktop computer will not automatically go in Sleep mode after the designated time... it will only sleep upon my manual request.

Beyond the issues above, I like it better for a Desktop computer vs. Win 8 as it allows me to launch straight to the Desktop and forgo all "tile" interaction.

One other point you may want to verify is that allegedly when Win 8.1 Final is launched on 10/18, a complete re-install by Win 8.1 Preview users will be required.
