Weird Windows 8 File Properties Display

Hi, I seem to be having a problem with my file properties menu not displaying correctly. I have taken a screenshot of this problem here:

Do you have any kind of theme installed?

Does this occur with a clean boot?
Type msconfig and press enter
go to the services tab and tick 'hide all Microsoft services'
disable all third party services
restart

Also, do a scan for viruses with MBAM

Yeah, as joesklar said, a theme could interfere with that.
Other than that you could type services into your start menu, hit up the services application with the cog as an icon; scroll down until you find "Themes", right click and Restart the process.
Other than that I would just update your drivers really.

Thanks for the help. I didn't have any theme installed, though it may have been caused by a game fullscreen setting or something but I think a restarted solved it.
