Hello,my laptop refuses to start it says tht i should use startup repair ,i did but it could not repair it automatically,and i used the options in f8,none of them worked so what should i do when I view the problem details one reads problem event name : startup repair offline

Can you get an OS disk for the OS you are running? If so try doing a repair with it
