Minecraft random fps drop.

I was previously able to play minecraft on render far with normal settings at 60-90 fps I downloaded FML and some mods and they were working fine but then after a while of playing the fps dropped to 15 and now even without mods the fps can only get to about 15 on small render distance

Try a reinstall. If everything works fine then install the mods back one at a time to see if it's a certain mod causing it.

right now im in the process of building so im using my laptop which only has integrated graphics and an i7 processor but up untill yesterday the fps stayed around 60-90 and i have had it since june

yes every time i get on now it is around 15 fps and does not get higher than 20

Maybe you have some kind of virus that your anti-virus isn't picking up? If all else fails, backup your worlds and factory restore your PC.

Are you still running FML while playing, or just vanilla Minecraft?
