That Motherboard is a socket 775 so in all likelyhood PCIe x16 2.0 The card may or may not be PCIe 2.0 as I haven't checked. If it were me, I would probably do it, as long as I had a proper PSU. There may be some bottlenecking, but the overall performance should still be fine.

A 460 watt PSU is not considered enough for the card by AMD. They call for at least a 500W PSU. If you were to overclock anything as it is, you might overload your PSU causing system stability issues. BTW, I would recommend the HD 7790 anyway as there's a great sale on it for $110 (-$20):

AMD gets a bit carried away with their requirements. That should be fine. I would keep the OC down to no more than 3.0 Ghz though, if you must.

If you have never done it and and don't raelly have an idea, that is probably something best left alone as you can easily brick your machine. If your computer is a prebuilt, then in all likelyhood you can't anyway as the BiOS is locked to prevent it. One place to find out a little more on that is : www.bios-mods.com
