If I were to change/replace my motherboard and cpu, would I need to uninstall some drivers? Will my computer still have windows 8 and etc?. Please list the things that I should expect if I were to change the motherboard and cpu.

Usually when replacing a motherboard with an OEM install of Windows, it would need a reinstall of that operating system. Sometimes you can get away with re-using the operating system by calling the phone number and getting a code, but you run into the risk of having problems in the future.

Easiest is just plug in the drive to the new rig, let Win make adjustments, then load the latest drivers for your new mobo, uninstall drivers from old, run a good registry cleaner and go through the activation of Win via the internet which will have you call a computer and go through that, it's relatively painless
