If your card has full size displayport you'll need this one.

You may want to try without the adapter. I have a Sapphire 7950 like you, but instead of 2x DVI I have 2x Displayports. Since you have 2x DVI and 1x HDMI and I believe the limitations on using all 3 at once were removed on the 7*** series cards (on my 5850 couldnt use both DVI and HDMI at the same time, could only use 2 out of the 3) you might want to try just running 2x DVI and 1x HDMI to DVI cable. You will most likely only need the displayport adapter if you want o go up o 4 screens.

I am running 2 sapphire hd 7970s and 3 screens. I have 2x DVI and 1x HDMI connected to the first card and I don't notice any issues in game. Is my setup okay?

One thing I have noticed is sometimes when I turn on my PC one of the screens using DVI connection doesn't power on.
