Would I be able to replace my current PSU with the CX 600?

I don't know a whole lot about PSUs, and what makes them compatible with what builds. My current PSU is the Liteon PS-6401-3. I hope to replace it with the CX 600.

Here are my other specs:

CPU: Phenom II x6 1045t
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333
Video Card: Radeon 6950 2GB
Mobo: GA-78LMT-S2P (Socket M2)
HDD: 1x 1.5TB Western Digital 7200 RPM, 1x 1TB Seagate 7200 RPM
