Sapphire 7950 vs Powercolor PCS+ 7950 Differences?

Im going to make my first build with one of these graphics cards
either
Sapphire 7950

Is there any differences between cards? besides the price of course being 20 dollars after MIR

The PowerColor has a factory overclock of 30MHz. They also have different connections. The Sapphire has one fullsize DisplayPort connector, whereas the PowerColor has 2 Mini DisplayPort connectors.

Okay thanks for the response, which one would you prefer to buy? Should i spend the extra $$$ for the sapphire? Or just stick with the power color. (I am somewhat new, this will be my first build)

I'd personally go for the cheaper card, but customer support for Sapphire is better. I am also not a huge fan of factory overclocking, but its alright as it sits.
