My proposed new media PC, your thought????

I'm about to build a media PC for just under £900, Its mainly for streaming around the house & watching films thru thru my Onkyo AV receiver to my 55" TV.
I'v already got 4x2TB 7200 HDD so the money will be going on the rest, so far on my shopping list is...

Ok my questions are will this setup be silent or at least near silent, is 750W PSU too much & it will be in a confined space will it get hot??
I know an i7 for a media PC is over kill.....
If you have any ideas, suggestions or comments they will be very much appreciated.....

Hi. I have a idea. You can save lot.
i3 is enough. 8GB memory is enough. SSD is intel. Maybe good but maybe expensive. PSU is way overkill. Good 450w is enough.
Cooler is maybe good. And Blue ray reader? Not burner?

You did have a good case+ cooler so use it.

You can buy video card if you need later or now. 7750 low profile card is maybe good choice for build like this.

I didgo with 550wpsu because RM is silent. Fan is not spinning under 40% load. So it will not spin ever under this build's load.
