good graphic card supported by 400w psu

im looking for the best possible graphic card for a old computer (the psu is new about 5 monthes old due to the old one dying)
the system specs are
intel core 2 q6600 (will be overclocked if needed) i know overclocking yet never did it with this specifiec computer i did it with a laptop
4 gigs of ddr2 ram
400w psu
micro atx mobo but the case is standart atx
the screen res is 1080p
the budget is 200$ but i will go over it if theres somthing much better at a bit over it
the purpose of the card is gaming

For a 400w PSU, there's a lot of amps on those 12v rails. The 7770 is a good card which doesn't need a lot of power at all. I'd also recommend the 7850 but I can't as I don't know enough about this PSU. Is it branded?

no its some unknown company called FSP i also looked at GTX 650 ti can this psu support it? (i dont really care if its amd or nvidia i just want the best performance)

FSP isn't an unknown company, they're quite well known and they produce quality power supplies. Yes, the PSU should handle a GTX 650 Ti without any probs.

really? FSP is not known where i live when i got this the seller said unbranded only when i got the box i noticed there was a logo and name
