Sapphire HD7970 OC or XFX HD7970 Double Dissipation BLACK?

So i want to buy an AMD radeon hd7970 and iam not sure which i should get the Sapphire HD7970 OC is 299,- with a VGA adapter (which i need) and the XFX HD7970 Double Dissipation BLACK(no vga adapter) is 304,- and has a coreclock of 1000mhz which is 50mhz higher than the sapphire, so my question is: which one is better? and can i overclock the videocards just as much(so that the sapphire for example is just as good as the XFX)?

tnx for your reply, i changed my mind in the meantime and iam going to buy the MSI R9 280x just for directX11.2 and openGL4.3 it's also very cold in cooling

hahah nice but there is not so much difference. but if you have the money... its 10% faster
