Will a Sapphire 7750 2gb VGA work on my 300 watt PSU Please Help

Hi, I have a HP i5 3.1ghz, 6 gb ram, curently using a radeon 6450 and I want to upgrade to a sapphire 7750 2gb. Will my computer handle it? all I could find on the internet relating to my psu is this
