I recently purchased a new GTX 660 and it can handle any game that I have thrown at it,like Crysis 2,Sniper Elite V2,Red Orchestra 2/Rising Storm etc. The frame rates are incredible on RO2 and are at a constant 50-65FPS but the only thing is in game my screen constantly tears or flickers like an old VHS tape and it is really annoying when I am trying to snipe someone.I never had this happen before and I am not sure what it is.I even tried putting the game on low settings and it still tears or flickers,My monitors resolution is 1920x1080. Does anyone know if there is a bottleneck between the components that are causing the tearing in the screen?

System:
CPU-AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4Ghz
VideoCard=GTX 660 2GB SC
Memory-Crucial Balisitx 10GB DDR3
MotherBoard-ECS A885GM-A2
Storage-Seagate Barracuda 500 GB

Does the tearing still occur with vysnc/adaptive vsync enabled?

Also, a bottleneck wouldn't cause screen tearing.

Thanks for the reply,I have tried Vsync but it only helps a bit the screen still tears.I am not sure why this is happening

I'm assuming you have an EVGA card? In Precision X, try dialing back the core and memory clocks about 50-100 MHz and see what happens.
