what would be the best AMD CPU for gaming/multi-tasking?

ok so heres the thing, I just wanted to know what the best AMD CPU would be because im just curious... I know Intel is the best and I currently have an I5 3570k, I just don't know which AMD CPU would be the best for it... keep in mine it would have to play games and run multiple other programs at the same time with little performance drops ((or I hope it would)) lol like hosting a game server and playing the same game with a bunch of friends sort of thing all from the same machine.

so what sort of AMD CPU would be best for that? would it be the FX-8350?
I know theres the FX9350 and FX9590, but those things would requite high end cooling lmfao

The six core fx 6300 is great when overclocked or if you want the eight core fx 8350 like you said. They are both extremely popular cpus when it comes to gaming. Depends if you want to spend more on the eight core!

The FX 8350 is as good as it gets with AMD. The 9370 and 9590 are simply AMD overclocked versions of the 8350.

ah sweet, thanks guys... was just curious cos i know with intel there are some older models which are much better than the newer ones, was wondering if it was the same with AMD haha
