The 1075t would be a good processor but if you could find an 1100t or 1090t you would be golden, if you can't find or afford them then the 1075t would be your best bet, and you might want to think upgrading that graphics card.

ebay has Phenom II X6's but they're way expensive. A Phenom II X4 would be fine on that board, especially with just a GTX 260. I ran two HD 4870s in crossfire for 4 years and they were not bottlenecked by my Phenom II X4 940 or 965. It's a shame you got an nVidia card though, that board supports only Crossfire, not SLI. If you had an ATi card, you could have added another later on.

i went with the 260 as it was cheap its a gigabyte gtx260, and i thought nVidia was better then ATi....Now i got more to think about as i did want to have two....
gumtree can be cheaper somtimes then ebay but i get all my stuff from both..

Any insite on what graphics card i should get for the 1075t , 1090t 1075t and or the 940, 965

if i can manage to get the better at a cheaper price at the time i have the cash ( going though secondhand sources availability is shocking) And what do you think would be a good graphics card. i dont want to bottleneack or over heat as the v4 case is kinda small. might need more fans lol

Well since you have a small case you will want to get a radeon 7870 or 7850 but if those are to expensive get the 7790 those cards will fit in your case.

OK well i couldnt get the cpu that i wanted or what was sujested, due to my boy smashing front window, there went the buget, so i found a phenom x3 710 @2.6 and oc it to 3.1 and a couple of other numbers at the end.. Ran prim95 2hrs hit 40c for 2 min then sat at 39c for the rest of test..Idels at 26c..Im going to put in 4x2GB 1066 sticks next week then ill up my gpu to 1 of wat was sujested

For the GPU, you don't have to spend a ton. This GPU is far more capable than that old GTX 260:
XFX Radeon HD $110 (-$20 mail-in-rebate):

And no, nVidia is not better than ATi, they're about the same. ATi offers better deals on their stuff anyway. I have a Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 OC that punishes nVidia cards that cost considerably more. nVidia charges more for their cards because they know that the uninformed masses (you fall into this category I'm sorry to say) think that just because it says "nVidia" means it's better than ATI/AMD. This is of course complete marketing BS but it obviously works (case in point, you). The proof that it's not true is that I haven't owned an nVidia card since my old Palit GeForce 8500 GT. I tried out the XFX Radeon HD 4870 and I was so happy with it that I added another one. Those XFX Radeon cards worked so well that I just today took them out to put in my HD 7970. Both cards still work and I will use them in future builds for my family. That GTX 260 is as powerful as the Radeon HD 4870 so for now, you should be ok with it. Upgrade it later if you need to but for what you want, if you already own the GTX 260, you should be alright as long as its 768MB of VRAM doesn't prove to be too little.
