Crossfire later ATI GPU's on X38 Mobo

I've been out of gaming for couple of years and I want to get back into it without breaking the bank.

I've got a QX6850 CPU running on a Gigabyte GA-x38-DQ6 mobo.
This motherboard supports 2 X 16 lanes PCIe v2 slots and is Crossfire certified.

Would this motherboard be able to Crossfire 6000 series or later ATI GPU's?

It will be able to crossfire ANY Radeons that can be crossfired no matter what generation.
