HP Workstation XW6200 How to remove the heatsink screws. Screwdriver slots are too thin

Hi, there.

I'm trying to upgrade my HP Workstation cpu but I can't seem to be able to remove the screws of the heatsink. Can anyone tell me what sort of screwdriver I need?

Uh, get a smaller screwdriver? And the type of head should be obvious just by looking at it.
