Will my pc bottle neck GTX 760OC? and play new games at HIGH-ULTRA?

Hello Boys

in 2 days i will have Asus GTX 760OC

My pc is
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q9300 2.50GHz (OC to 3.34GHz)
Mother Asus P5E PCI-Express X16 V2 (card is V3)
DDR2 1066 4GB
SSD sata2
Screen 25'' (1920x1080)

i would like to play battlefield 4 on high-ultra with 40+FPS

so i wanna ask u.. if my pc need upgrade <i know a i7 will be great )

so the deference "i see" with a new one is

Core clock to 3.7with better chip ---- mine (3.34)

PCI-Express X16 V3---- mine (V2)
v2.x: 500 MB/s (5 GT/s)
v3.0: 985 MB/s (8 GT/s)

4GB DDR3 1600hz----mine 2GB DDR2 (1066hz)

Yeah it will defineatly bottleneck.You should get like an i5 3570k or non k if u dont overclock.A gtx 760 and i5 3570 and ulll run the game like a badass

This is a great article for u. See the benchmark of q9550(3.4GHZ) which is very similar to ur cpu.

i play ULTRA on 35-40FPS... is playable.. but not 50+ ofc but is ok i think
