My Problem
==========
I want a graphics card that is better than the integrated one that I have. I dont want it expensive. Ones that I did see that were good needed power supplies 400w but not sure if its compatible with the pc or not.

So I want to get the best cheapest compatible graphics card
I want a power supply under 450w that is compatible with everything in the build

So basically I want everything to be compatible, and I dont want a huge power supply.

Id like to get a reply asap.

NOTE: That I play Minecraft, CubeWorld, Skyrim(I want to get this game), Pokemon 3d,Team Fortress Two.
NOTE: That I record gameplays aswell.

It sounds like you're under the impression that a higher wattage PSU uses more wattage inherently, which is not the case. The wattage rating is what it can do, not what it will be doing all the time, so a 400w psu doesn't power a system any more efficiently/cheaply than a 500w would power the same system (higher wattage psu's often have higher efficiency ratings, so it's actually cheaper as far as power cost). Here would be my recommendation:

A Radeon 7750, which should run off your current power supply without issues, and be a good step up in graphics

Edit: i'm not sure what's 'expensive' for you, but this would be a much more powerful, but still budgeted upgrade:
