No display with HD 7770 Black Edition?

I'm having this problem with my graphics card, it doesn't even show anything just a pixelated screen. do you think my graphics card is dead?
PC specs:
Intel Core i7 780
8gb kingston RAM @ 1333mhz
HD Radeon 7770 Black edition
Asus P7P55D Pro Motherboard
Cooler Master Ex2 475W PSU

I've read a different forums, tried to reset the bios and some of them also recommend you to change some settings on the bios but I don't even get a post screen...

I would think that this is a card issue. I've had that before on my fried 4850 but you could change the slot of the card to check if it's a slot issue.
