Combining the power of 2 or more CPU's

hello I want to make use of all my penium 4's CPU and dual core ones sitting in my drawer.
Please can someone help me joining the power of those to one cpu located on the motherboard.
Im thinking if I have 1 p4 on my motherboard will using a pci EXPASION card for cpu available a good idea. Im not that good in electronics just need some help plz.
Can I join the pins of one cpu to another to double the power?

No. Only Xeon Pentium 4s can be used with multiple CPUs. And they're so old, slow, and power inefficient you will save money just buying a new quad-core CPU.
