I have one PCIe power pin on my pc do I need to connect both white power pins of them or it will graphick card work on. one

If your GPU has two PCIe power pins on the top, you need to provide power to both.

As has been stated, you need to connect both connectors. Some have two 6 pin connectors and some have 1 6 pin connector and 1 8 pin ( 6+2 ) pin connector. If you don't, you will not have enough power to the card.
