I need help to pick whats best to Upgrade my computer to make it a gaming pc

what else should i get to upgrade my computer so that it will be able to run games like lol on high?

The only thing you COULD do would be a new processor which would have the be AM2+ which isnt an upgrade really. If you want to upgrade more its a system overhaul. The card will help with what you need for right now, beyond that its cheaper to rebuild/complete overhaul. Changing ram wont help as its dual channel ddr2.
I would get a new power supply, as the 220 watt one in there, wont run that card.

Anything Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, or XFX above 450watts is a good choice.

You will need a power supply with more watts, like the ones that the users above have posted, you should also try upgrading your Motherboard to AM3+ and buy a quad core FX for about $150, maybe more.

Try upgrading your RAM too, it will need to be DDR3 ram, I recommend 1866 MHz memory.
