fail to start

Hi,
when I start computer it go through it's regular process , but at last at time to display courser and desktop, light of monitor blinks and and total process again start to repeat. This process going continuously and it fail to start.
I have removed RAM and inserted again but it can't help,
Please help me...........

Are you able to boot into Safe Mode? If yes, try the following:
1) Click on Start
2) Click on Settings
3) Click on Control Panel
4) Click on System
5) In the System Properties window click on the Advanced tab
6) Click on Settings
7) Look for the Startup and Recovery area and click on Settings
8) Look for Automatically restart and click to remove the check beside it
9) Click on Ok to close the Startup and Recovery settings window
10) Click on Ok to close the System Properties window

If there is a problem with the system you will probably get a BSOS (Blue screen with error message) after you restart the computer.
