So Basically, is there a shortcut, or key combination to open minimized programs? For example, lets say both chrome and word are open, chrome is in use, but word is minimized. Is there a way to pop word, or any other open programs up without using the mouse? Or popping up the taskbar and scrolling through the programs with the keys

Press and hold Alt key
Now press Tab key
Keep pressing Tab key to cycle through all open windows and the desktop.
Release Alt key when you want the selected item to stay in focus.

If you are using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit then this one is great :
Hold start button and then press tab. ( Dont hold tab button just keep it pressing to change through windows
