Ok so hello

In august I got the brand new gtx770 in Russia, I flew back to Israel and started playing with it

BF3 wa running on ultra 60+ FPS, nice!

After 2 days everything was going well and I downloaded FC3, the game started but I wanted to play it on ultra settings, right after I select apply for the changes , all the screen became green squared and random artifacts had been shown up... BAM MY GPU IS DEAD

after this scenario the GPU wouldn't works I put my old hd7770 and the comp worked

I had the drivers that came with the disc ( 328.08 gigabyte installation disc for driver accelerator and installer )

I have read some people had problems with the drivers killing their GPU

Now i sent my card to Russia again cause my dad lives there and he already recieved the dead GPU in the mail for warranty

Now what can I do to make the card not kill itself? My CPU was 550w ci-power I know it's a low end but It didn't die yet cause all my PC runs well with the old GPU

Should I get seasonic 650w???

What are the chances it'll happen again

The PSU is unlikely to have fried the GPU. If anything, this woudl have prevented it. I would take it with a pinch of salt, and wait for your new card to arrive. It could just be that you had a faulty card. If this new one also fries, then I would get in contact with Gigabyte and explain the situation to them. Thier technical support team should be able to sort things out.
